Customer Service Agreement

1) Please, be KIND:

We will charge a $75 CANCEL/RESCHEDULE FEE for any photoshoot cancelled 2 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE PHOTOSHOOT  

We will charge a $95 CANCEL/RESCHEDULE FEE for any photoshoot cancelled 1 BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE PHOTOSHOOT  

We will charge a $100 CANCEL/RESCHEDULE FEE if the home is NOT PHOTO READY, unsafe in physical structure or dangerous or the shoot is canceled DAY OF THE PHOTOSHOOT

2) Please, be PREPARED:

We are happy to provide up to 15 minutes of complementary help staging your listing, sorry we are not able to move furniture

A STAGING FEE will be charged for any photoshoot NOT PHOTO READY after the complementary 15 minutes of staging has concluded which we help to stage or shut down at $40 per 1/2 hour

3) Please, SAVE your content:

Clients have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to DOWNLOAD content for 1 month via Dropbox 

Client content is PURGED from our server after 1 month from client delivery, please use personal backup

Clients have PREMIER LICENSE of content for 1 year, LUX Home PHOTO holds copyright all rights reserved  

4) Please, be SAFE:

Photographers will not be held liable for any damage due from negligence or neglect to a home, property, artwork or artifact while providing photography services

5) Please, REVIEW:

FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of scheduling 

ALL CLIENTS enter into this Customer Service Agreement with LUX Home PHOTO upon any purchase
